Tips for Building the Ideal Home

Buying a house from the developer is much easier. Only by paying a cash advance, you are able to occupy the house as desired.

On the other hand, there are those who are not satisfied when buying a house from the developer. The reason may range does not match the shape to the quality of the building is considered unsatisfactory.
For those of you who want to build a dream home on the private lands, there are four things to note:

Fund (Budget)
The important thing to note is the funding. You have to adjust your desires to the budget. If funds are limited, it could not hurt you to build a home grown. That is, the house can be developed to the side, backward and forward, or up if the money is collected later.

Taste (Taste)
Customize your home to your personal taste as the owner. For example, if you like the minimalist style house, then create a concept that does not run away from the minimalist style. Keep in mind, the embodiment of two or more concepts in one house, sometimes even worsen the look of your home.

Habit (Habit)
Customize your home with your activities from waking to sleep at night. When you crowd gathered in the living room or bedroom, then prioritize the size and amenities in the room. Or if you like to linger in the bathroom, then make the space as comfortable as possible so you feel at home in it.

Conversely, if you do not like to receive visitors, then no need to make a living room or bedroom a special guest, because, of course, would be redundant.

Ask Experts (Ask The Expert)
If you have more funds, there is no harm if you use the services of an architect to make the house as you see fit. Architects can also give clues to bridge between the desire to merit the look of your home.

There are times when the expensive stuff does not fit together in one room, as distinct concepts. Usually the architect will provide a guide for you. However, apart from the content-owner whether or not the house that decides.

IMO X5 tablets using high performance 800 MHz processor, IMO if the X3 is still 400 MHz, which is why the price of two different tablet IMO this is quite a distance while the physical appearance looks the same. Also without a SIM card slot is provided.

Because without a SIM card slot so you could say that this tablet can not be used for calls, SMS and MMS with a GSM network. This tablet for internet connection can use WiFi and USB modem stick. Modems that support the IMO Tab X060S/X200 X5 is from Alcatel, Huawei E220/E230/E160X/E169G/E1750.

IMO X5 Tablet included in the Test page tabloid edition PULSE 219 in October-November 2011 with the title 'Tough Tablet Cheap Processors' and I cite the advantages and disadvantages as well as the conclusion of the review as follows:
Excess IMO Tab X5 is a capacitive screen, cheap price, 800MHz processor. And the cons: the camera quality was not optimal, without cellular features, without the Android Market. Because without the Android Market, in addition to using the App Market as an alternative, users can also install their own applications into the Android tablet, ie, by entering the installer application to external memory and use the file browser to perform the installation process.

Conclusion: These tablets worthy to be owned by the likes to play games or surf the Internet while staying mobile. Dongle USB / LAN in the sales package also become one of the attractions that distinguish these tablets with other Android tablets.

Save battery life BlackBerry

Gadgets such as BlackBerry certainly requires a lot of energy to support its performance. BB user must be very aware of this. To maximize the performance features of BlackBerry (push browser, support for 3G & 2G, fuel applications, real-time connections, and other features) of course requires more power.

BlackBerry battery itself actually has been optimized to support all those features. Still, the condition of the battery decreases with time of use. Unlike the BB battery condition while still new, in which the battery can last for 2-3 days.

10 settings that must be set so that my friend could use a BlackBerry battery last longer.

1. Reduce the brightness of the screen / backlight brightness (screen brightness). Tinkat most minimum brightness on the BlackBerry was still 'fairly light' to use. To set it, go Options -> Screen / Keyboard, and set the Backlight Brightness to 20 or 10. Customize it with the comfort of my friend.

2. Set the backlight timeout as soon as possible. Login Options -> Screen / Keyboard, change the Backlight Timeout value to 10 Sec / Sec.

3. Turn off some features that are not in use, such as wi-fi, bluetooth and GPS.

4. Disable functions such as LED indicators and keypad tone.

5. Use a network or 3G signal only for certain times, for example when trying to download large files (> 2 MB) or when absolutely necessary. Beyond that, simply use the 2G network (EDGE), especially when the BB is idle or if you want to sleep at night. This will greatly save battery life, because most require a lot of energy is when the BB searching and accessing the 3G network. Change the settings in Options -> Mobile Network and change Network Mode to 2G.

6. Use a mild BB theme and without excessive animation.

7. Close applications from third parties (third party) when not in use (ex: Facebook, Ubuntu, Twitter, Games, etc.). Close the application by the Escape key or through menus and select close, rather than by pressing the End key, because if you use the End button then the application will not be closed and keep it running in the background.

8. No need to use the vibrate mode and ringtone simultaneously. Concurrent use requires a large enough battery power. Use either drug alone, and adjust as needed.

9. Remove applications that do not / very rarely used. In addition to making quick battery is not drained, it will also save memory. Login Options -> Advanced option -> Application, then delete / remove the unnecessary applications.

10. Adjust the settings in the Profile as efficient as possible. Adjust the volume, LED lights, vibrate / shakes as efficient as possible for SMS, MMS, BBM alert, email, Message, and warning other notifications.

Too Much Vitamin D Could Harm Heart

Utah, when associated with heart disease, vitamin D can be a double-edged sword. Vitamin D deficiency can cause heart problems. But new research suggests that vitamin D levels higher than normal can cause the heart to beat very quickly and get out of rhythm.

That condition is a condition known as atrial fibrillation. The research results were presented at the annual meeting of the American Heart Association (AHA).

The study, involving 132 000 patients have been on the Utah-based medical center. Based on the results of these studies found that the risk of atrial fibrillation increased almost 3-fold when vitamin D levels are too high.

"Most people get vitamin D needs of their everyday from the sun. But the people who live in areas that do not always get enough sun, it is often advisable to take vitamin D supplements to protect your bones and heart," said Dr.. Jared Bunch, director of electrophysiology research at the Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah as reported from MSNHealth, Friday (11/18/2011).

However, because all people absorb these supplements with different levels. The levels of vitamin D in the blood should be tested to ensure they are within a safe range. High levels of vitamin D only occurs when people consume supplements.

"Because consumers regard the-counter supplements are safe. Consumers may not realize the dangers of consuming too much vitamin D. The people looked at vitamin D supplementation as a natural therapy to treat various diseases and as a means of disease prevention," explains Dr. Bunch.

The normal range for vitamin D intake is 41-80 nanograms per deciliter (ng / dl). Patients in the study who are at risk of heart problems has been shown to have excessive levels of vitamin D, ie above 100 ng / dl.

According to the National Institutes of Health, the daily intake of vitamin D are recommended for people with 1-70 years of age is 600 IU units. Recommendations are made based on the amount sufficient for bone health.

There are few natural food sources for vitamin D, among others:
1. Tuna
2. Salmon
3. Cheese
4. Egg yolk

For example, 3 ounces of cooked salmon contains 447 IU of vitamin D per serving. A complete list of foods containing vitamin D also has been widely available.

"The advice for people newly diagnosed with atrial fibrillation and taking supplements of vitamin D is to make sure the doctor has examined the levels of vitamin D in their blood. Levels of vitamin D in the blood is too high, thought to have reversible effects on cardiac rhythm," said Dr.. Bunch.

Broken heart syndrome is clinically known as Takotsubo cardiomyopathy. This syndrome causes heart enlargement in part for a while, while others function normally or contract more forcefully.

Women aged 55 years and over 2.9 times more likely to experience broken heart syndrome than younger women.

Researchers analyzed national data in 2007 and found that from about 6230 cases of broken heart syndrome, more than 89% of sufferers are women. Approximately one third of patients aged between 50 and 65 years, while 58% of them aged over 65 years.

In women aged 55 and up, the possibility of fracture syndrome 9.5 times higher compared with men.

"This is the first time we got a real illness that indicate the relationship between mind and heart," said Dr. Suzanne Steinbaum, director of women's health and heart disease at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City as reported by Health24.com, Friday (18/11 / 2011.

"We should not underestimate the effect of mind on the heart. Stress is settled so many found today and give a gap likely emotional state can affect the heart," added Steinbaum who is also spokesman for the American Heart Association.

But experts are still trying to understand why women are more likely to suffer a broken heart syndrome. Differences in hormones and coronary artery between the sexes may be a contributing factor. However, further research is still needed.

"We do not really know what causes it, but these symptoms are found in people who have symptoms of heart attack due to a very stressful situation," said Dr. Stacey Rosen, chairman of the association of cardiology at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New Hyde Park, New York.

According to Rosen, women have different forms of heart disease in men. It could be this is an external effect on the heart muscle, or differences in how blood vessels are not yet understood.

"There is truth that women behave and react more emotionally, although it is not fair to say that if there is something disturbing things that men are emotionally, they do not feel it," said Steinbaum.

Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray

The Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray is a compact and stylish Android phone available at a competitive price. Does it offer enough to stand out in a crowded market? Find out in our full review.

Everything is cyclical. After a number of years in which smartphones have been getting larger and larger we can’t help but wonder if smaller isn’t due a comeback. We hope it is, and we wouldn’t mind at all if the Xperia Ray was the device to kickstart the trend. It is a lovely handset, one of the most immediately appealing that we’ve seen in some time.

It’s not a device for the power user, but is a mainstream phone for anyone who wants a quality piece of kit in their pocket.

The Ray’s instant appeal comes from its diminutive size and superior build quality. It isn’t small in the same way the Sony Ericsson’s Xperia Mini Pro is. That device is very deliberately designed and has had its software tweaked to fit the small screen.

The Ray feels natural rather than forced, harking back to the days when smallness was a compliment, and it runs Android 2.3 with the same skin Sony Ericsson packs into its 4-inch handsets. But its compactness does not mean fragile; the build is excellent.

The device has a stripped back design, with only one physical button and two capacitive ones below the display and the bare minimum of ports and buttons around the edges.

The screen measures 3.3” – a little smaller than we’d have ideally, although we suspect a 3.5” if not a 3.7” screen could be fitted into the same size chassis in future versions of the product. But it is spectacularly sharp: at this size the 480 x 854 pixel resolution equates to a pixel density of 297 pixels per inch. Only the iPhone’s famed Retina Display surpasses it.

Turning on the Ray reveals the Timescape UI that Sony Ericsson puts on all of its Android handsets. It’s one of the better custom skins. The social networking elements can be largely ignored if you’d rather use your own choice of apps, but some of the other tweaks are welcome. Dragging one app icon onto another on the home screen, for instance, will group them into their own folder. There are five home screens in total, with a good selection of pre-installed widgets you can place on them.

The Xperia Ray is powered by a 1GHz processor, backed up by 512MB RAM. It isn’t the fastest phone we’ve ever used but we had no issues at all with responsiveness. The software seemed well optimised, producing a lag-free experience, and was able to handle any task we threw at it.

These include video recording. As a single-core phone the device cannot manage full 1080p video, but is 720p-capable and was not class leading but generally good. Likewise the performance of the 8MP camera for stills, which took excellent shots in good light, though offered diminishing returns in poor light, especially with an underpowered LED flash.

For web browsing the Ray was fast and powerful, even handling Flash content with ease, while the display made reading text very easy on the eyes. It does, of course, use the standard Android browser, which is always pretty good. The multimedia apps are also stock Android and equally effective.

There’s little additional support for video formats so you may need a third party app for some of your files, and an app for the Qriocity service is also included if you want to buy or rent movies. It could prove useful in some circumstances, although we found the choice to be limited and pricey.

The phone’s main downsides, ironically, also relate to its size. The keyboard in particular is inevitable pokey and may cause problems for the large-fingered messaging addict.

But on the whole there is so much to like about the Xperia Ray, not just the styling but in the all-round package. Even the one area where smaller phones always fall down – battery life – significantly exceeded our expectations.

LG Optimus Pad

The LG Optimus Pad is an Android tablet capable of shooting 3D video and stills. Does this feature justify its high price? Find out in our full hands-on review.

While its 3D capability may be the feature that has caused the LG Optimus Pad to steal headlines, there are other things about it that grab the attention. The first is its price. At just shy of £700 inc VAT this is not a tablet for the faint hearted. And, with it 8.9 inch screen, it sits a little outside the norm in size terms.

Today’s tablets either have relatively small 7-inch screens or head out towards ten inches. Does 8.9 inches represent a good compromise?

Actually, we don’t think so. The larger screens are ideal for browsing the web and watching video, while smaller screened tablets are easier to carry and feel in many ways like giant smartphones rather than small tablets. The LG Optimus Pad is neither of these, and it feels like a compromise in everyday use.

The screen size does not go along with a relatively lightweight design, either. At 621g we noticed the weight in our hands after just a short time and would not want to hold the LG Optimus Pad for long periods one-handed. That noted, the build quality is very good with a tough plastic backplate that should take a fair few knocks.

The screen delivers 1280 x 768 pixels and it is of course capacitive. It has a wide aspect which makes some activities, such as browsing the web, rather unrewarding. In widescreen format there just isn’t enough depth to see a lot of web page content at once, and in tall mode you often have to scroll horizontally to read text.

We found the screen very slightly laggy in response to our fingers, and this despite the presence of an nVidia Tegra2 dual core 1GHz processor.

LG equips the Optimus Pad with Android 3.0 and there is 1GB of RAM supporting that dual core processor. We found things zipped along quickly enough for our needs. There is 32GB of internal storage, and that is going to have to cater for all your requirements as there is no microSD card slot to let you augment it.

A small portion of the backplate slides away to reveal a SIM card slot and a thing rather rarely seen – a reset button. If you don’t want to use a SIM card you can get onto the internet via Wi-Fi. GPS is built in, and of course Google Maps is among the provided applications.

The 3D capability is the main draw of the LG Optimus Pad, and here there is a rather strange compromise. The screen has no 3D ability of its own. Instead you have to wear a pair of 3D glasses (the red and blue eyed variety), or hook the Optimus Pad up to a 3D TV. LG kindly provides an HDMI cable for those who have the TV option and a pair of glasses for those who don’t. We are hardly likely to carry the latter around regularly, and like vast numbers of people we don’t have the former, making the 3D capability a somewhat hit and miss affair.

Still, twin 5 megapixel cameras shoot stereoscopic images and so that 3D capability is there if you want it. You need to use a special app to record stills and video in 3D, with 2D stills and video shot via the standard Android camera app. We’re very inclined to think that the 3D-ability of the LG Optimus Pad is something you are likely to use once or twice and then forget about. It’s just too fiddly.

In the end we don’t think the LG Optimus Pad earns its high price. Yes it is well made, and it does have some top notch specifications. But the inclusion of some fairly half-hearted 3D capabilities does not make it worthy of a price about double that of an iPad.

LG Optimus EX

LG Optimus EX gets official in Korea, sporting 1.2GHz Tegra 2 chip, 700 nits of brightness.

LG Optimus EX we saw last week

it's now gone official in South Korea and it's looking slightly more alluring. Announced yesterday, this Gingerbread-coated handset is the first to ship with NVIDIA's revamped 1.2GHz Tegra 2 processor, which means it'll support 1080p video, much like the Galaxy S II. It also boasts a four-inch LCD with 480 × 800 resolution and a full 700 nits of brightness, along with 1GB of RAM, 8GB of onboard storage, a five megapixel camera and front-facing VGA shooter.

Available in either black and silver or white and gold color schemes, the EX is slated to launch on Korea's SK Telecom at an unspecified price, though plans for an international release remain unclear. As soon as we find out, however, we'll be sure to let you know.

Review Motorola DROID RAZR

At one point not too long ago, high-end Android powered smartphones were considered to be a rarity in the landscape, but in the last couple of years alone, it seems we've been inundated by them – to the point that the market was over-saturated. In fact, it seemed like every month (even weeks), some kind of high-end device was being announced or launched, which made it very difficult for consumers to separate the great from the greatest. Looking back at it now, there's no arguing that we've been jaded by it all, since our expectations have become rather cutthroat in what is perceived to be a game changing device.

Combining two of the most memorable brand names in phone history, the Motorola DROID RAZR is bent on establishing itself as the poster child of tomorrow's next-generation Android smartphone selection. On one hand, it follows in the same stylistic manner that made people fall in love with the original Motorola RAZR from back in the day – thanks to its insane razor thin profile construction. Meanwhile, it doesn't skimp out from what we've seen already in the past, considering that it's packed to the brim with some cutting-edge technology to make it one drool-worthy smartphone – like its 4G LTE connectivity, Super AMOLED display, and dual-core processor.

Packing all of that hardware, and some additional software functionality from Motorola, it's priced at $299.99 with a two-year contract – thus, potentially making it one justified price point. Knowing that some other respectable handsets are on the horizon, namely the Samsung Galaxy Nexus and HTC Rezound, we're curious to see how the Motorola DROID RAZR is going to set the bar. Let's not waste anymore time and dive right in!

The package contains:

* Motorola DROID RAZR
* microUSB cable
* Wall Charger
* Getting Started Guide
* Product Safety & Warranty Information

Game changing! That perfectly sums up the overall design of the Motorola DROID RAZR seeing that it flaunts one of the most compelling handset designs in recent memory. We're not kidding about that, because going forward, all other smartphones have to live up to its mark.

Aesthetically, it combines the designs of the Motorola DROID X series and the PHOTON 4G, but it's able to dramatically separate itself from them thanks to its remarkable razor thin construction. Right off the bat, we're mesmerized by its 0.28" (7.1mm) thickness – making it the thinnest smartphone on the market. However, it's not uniform because of the hump towards the top where the camera sensors are placed. Regardless of that, it's an incredible engineering masterpiece to behold considering that it packs 4G LTE connectivity. And to complement its svelte appearance, it's by far one of the lightest smart phones in its size category.

For something so thin, some would probably envision it to be frail, but there's nothing to be worried about because it's constructed out of the finest materials out there. Specifically, it's internally strengthened by its stainless steel chassis, which is further supplemented by its KEVLAR fiber back cover for reinforcement and water repellent nanocoating to absorb some levels of liquid splashes - though, it's not completely waterproof. Tell you the truth, this is easily the most solidly built device we've seen put out of Motorola's camp. So yeah, it's a modern marvel in every way!

It's not the first time we're seeing a 4.3" qHD (540 x 960) display with Gorilla Glass on a Motorola smartphone, that's because we've seen it done already on the DROID BIONIC and DROID X2, but what's new is the fact that it features a Super AMOLED panel instead of a traditional LCD one. Granted that it utilizes the PenTile matrix arrangement, it's more than capable of producing distinctive details to make even fine text more than visible to the eye. However, its pixel density of 256 ppi is way behind those of the upcoming GALAXY Nexus and HTC Rezound, which clock at 316 and 342 ppi, respectively.

On the left side of the phone sits a plastic flap that hides away the handset’s microSIM card slot and microSD card slot – the latter of which is preoccupied by a 16GB microSD card.

Rather than finding the dedicated power button on the top side of the phone, like most other recent devices, this time around it's positioned on the right edge along with the volume rocker. Between the two, the power button is slightly more raised versus the flat feel of the volume rocker – still, they exhibit a good response when they're pressed.

The top edge of the phone claims home to the handset's 3.5 mm headset jack, microUSB port, and microHDMI port. To think that they're all there is indeed impressive for device that's razor thin!

Finally, the 8-megapixel auto-focus camera with LED flash and the speakerphone grill are all stuffed into the handset's hump, which forms the slight bulge that we've been accustomed to seeing since the original Motorola DROID X. In order to retain its slim appearance, Motorola has opted to keep its battery shut out from the world – essentially requiring you to send it away to get it replaced.
