Some natural ways Removing Toxins from the Body

Toxins that accumulate in the body can cause harm and disease. But there are some natural ways a person can do to help remove toxins from the body.

Poisons can enter the body through various ways such as through food, water or air. If not removed then it will accumulate toxins that make a person susceptible to disease, thus importantly remove toxins from the body.

Here are some things you can do to help remove toxins from the body naturally, as quoted from Lifemojo, Thursday (07/21/2011), namely:

1. Avoid consumption of alcohol, cigarettes and caffeine
Thirdly it can damage internal organs such as liver and kidney in the long run. If the organ is damaged then the body's ability to remove toxins will also be reduced. Besides smoking is known to contain many toxins that are harmful to the body.

2. Eating plenty of water
The kidneys are not able to work well in the absence of adequate water intake. Kidney function removes the remnants of metabolism such as uric acid, urea and lactic acid. If water intake is insufficient, then the kidneys are unable to remove the remnants of metabolism and toxins in the body.

3. Minimizing intake of high calorie and processed foods
Most of the high calorie foods difficult to digest and does not contain fibers that serve to clean the digestive tract and intestinal wall, making it difficult to remove toxins.

4. Reduce intake of meat
Meat does have good taste, but contribute to poor digestion process as difficult to digest because it contains enzymes that make it last longer in the body so digestion becomes blocked by mucus.

5. Eating vegetables, fruits and fiber
Foods high in fiber is good for flushing out toxins from the body. This will affect the overall health improvement. Meanwhile, vegetables and fruits such as berries, broccoli, red grapes, spinach and carrots contain antioxidants that can fight free radicals and inflammation thus protecting the immune system and body cells.

6. Increasing dietary intake of spices
Spices are very good for removing toxins and making the body more energetic and healthy. Spices are known to be useful is garlic (increase phagocytosis of white blood cells' ability to melaan bacterial infections or toxins), ginger (helps digestion, stimulates blood circulation and open pores) and pepper (to increase circulation throughout the body).

7. Rest and sufficient sleep and exercise
Bad lifestyle will make the body's cells wear out so the immune system becomes vulnerable to disease. Therefore by getting enough rest and sleep and exercise regularly to increase stamina and energy.
