Boy band Westlife is comprised of Nicky Byrne, Kian Egan, Mark Feehily, Shane Filan and make an official statement is very surprising that they would disband in the near future. Even so there will be a farewell gathering before this Irish quartet disbanded.
"After 14 years, 26 top ten hits including 14 number one singles, 11 top 5 album, 7th album which managed to enter the number 1 and sold no less than 44 million albums as a whole, 10 tour tickets are always sold out and many memories will remain an impression on our minds, today we announced our plans to disband after the release a greatest hits for Christmas and a farewell tour next year, "wrote Westlife in their official statement.
In the same statement, delivered when they make this decision carefully. The only reason they mention is that they want to rest and try to 'business' new. Not explained whether this means that each member of Westlife will begin a solo career or they simply will be behind the screen.
