Texas - A man had died while raping an elderly woman. 53-year-old man was allegedly killed by a heart attack.
It happened in Texas, the United States as reported by local media, Corpus Christi Caller and reported by news agency AFP on Wednesday (06/15/2011).
U.S. man named Isabel Gutierrez Chavelo break into the house of a 77-year-old woman. With a pointed knife, Gutierrez attacked and raped an old woman who lived alone these.
"But in the midst of rape, she complained of pain and stop having sex with the woman so he could rest,"remarked a local police station.
But soon the man's body lay weak and died. The woman initially thought Gutierrez passed out because she could smell the alcohol from the mouth of the man.
Police investigators believe that Gutierrez died of a heart attack triggered by fatigue. Former inmates have been pedaling his bicycle as far as more than three kilometers to arrive at her house located in the hinterland. Especially when the weather is hot. However, to ensure a result, police are still awaiting autopsy results.
Gutierrez on parole for sex crimes including sexual abuse against a child in 1986. He had been released from prison in 2008.
