1. Eat foods that contain iron anyaan, such as green vegetables, tofu, red meat, beans, and cereal or bread that has added iron.
2. Eat foods or drinks that contain lots of vitamin C.
3. Avoid drinking coffee or eating the moment, because it can interfere with iron absorption in the intestine.
4. Add supplements of vitamin B12 and folic acid if necessary.
