Testicular Cancer

Description
Testicular cancer is the growth of malignant cells in the testes (testicles), which can cause testicular swell or cause a lump in the scrotum (scrotum). Most cases of testicular cancer occurs at age below 40 years. The cause is not definitely known.

Symptoms
Testicular cancer is shown with enlarged testes, lumps on the penis, the patient complained of pain in the testes.

Treatment
Treatment depends on the type, stage and severity of disease. After the cancer is found, the first step is to determine the type of the cancer cell.
Next set the stage:

Stage I: cancer has not spread beyond the testicle
Stage II: cancer spread to lymph nodes in the abdomen
Stage III: cancer spread beyond the lymph nodes, to the liver or lungs.
