Strauss-Kahn Finally Resigns

NEW YORK - Managing Director International Monetary Fund (IMF), Frenchman Dominique Strauss-Kahn resigned last Thursday.

Strauss-Kahn is now facing charges of sexual assault against the hotel maid in New York. Once put through sexual abuse, she allegedly fled to John F Kennedy airport, New York - leave cell phones and other goods. He was captured dramatically on the plane in the Air France flight to Paris 10 minutes before take-off.

Strauss-Kahn is France's leading socialist figure. He is expected to challenge President Nicolas Sarkozy in next year's French presidential election.

In a report mentioned him out of the bathroom in a state with no clothes on and drag the maid into the cot. "Then he started to perform sexual assault," said Paul Browne, a spokesman for the New York Police Department.

Plainclothes detective on a plane at around 16:40 and caught Strauss-Kahn in First Class.

He reportedly asked: "What's this?" before the meet, and get off the plane with no handcuffs. "If we are late 10 minutes later he would be in the air on his way to Paris," said Browne.

But Strauss-Kahn's lawyer said his client several weeks ago had said it would no legal charges related to her sexual.
