Due to Lack of Sleep, 6 Seram Waiting Disease

Ideal adult bedtime each night is 7 to 8 hours per day. This is not just useful to your fitness in the mornings only, but the lack of long-term sleep problems can improve your health.

1. Cardiovascular Disease
Adequate sleep is important for your heart health. Published in the journal Sleep in 2010, noted that lack of sleep can increase the risk of cardiovascular disease or heart disease.

3. Breast Cancer
Researchers from Tohuku University Graduate School of Medicine in Japan conducted a study of 24,000 women aged 40 to 79 years and found that participants who had sleep less than 6 hours per night have a 62 percent risk of breast cancer greater than those that sleep up to 9 hours every night.

4. Bladder problems in
In a meeting organized by the American Urological Association in 2011, researchers from the New England Research Institute stated that the lack of hours of sleep at night increases the risk of health problems in the bladder.

The study was conducted on 4145 men and women and the researchers found that people who have sleep less than 5 hours each night and that has been happening for 5 years increases the risk of nocturia by 80 to 90 percent.

Kesehtan nocturia is a condition in which a person up at night to urinate, or if you can not wet the bed when sleeping. The researchers stated that lack of sleep can cause inflammation, which in turn can cause problems in the bladder.

5. Cancer
In a study of 1240 people in the year by researchers from Case Western University, found that people who sleep less than 6 hours in the evening risk of developing colorectal polyps that can become cancer by 47 percent compared to people who have enough hours of sleep.

6. Death
A study conducted for 10 years to 16,000 people by researchers at Copenhagen University link between lack of sleep with increased risk of death.
